What we collect
When you order: your name, email, delivery address and what you bought. The delivery address reaches us from the payment provider once you approve the payment.
We never see, receive or store your card number or CVV. Those stay with the payment provider.
If you subscribe to emails: your email address, and nothing else.
Why we hold it
To send you what you bought, to handle returns, and to keep the tax records we are legally required to keep.
We contact you about your order because we have to. We only email you about anything else if you asked us to.
Who else sees it
The payment provider, to take the payment. The carrier, to deliver the parcel. Our email provider, to send order emails.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not share them for anyone else's advertising.
Cookies
Your cart is stored in your own browser so it survives a refresh. That is not a tracking cookie and it never leaves your device.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@hipze.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, then delete them.
