Fit
Size guide
Our pieces come from several different makers, so one size code does not fit identically across the whole shop. Use these ranges to narrow it down, then check against a garment you already own.
How to measure
- 1Lay a garment you already own and like the fit of flat on a table, buttoned or zipped, with no stretch in the fabric.
- 2Bust: measure straight across from armpit to armpit, then double it.
- 3Waist: measure across the narrowest point, then double it.
- 4Hip: measure across the widest point below the waist, then double it.
- 5Compare those numbers to the ranges below and pick the closest row. Between two rows: size up for anything woven, size down for jersey and knits.

These are body measurement ranges for the size codes our makers use, not garments we have measured. Fit varies between makers and between fabrics — a woven trouser and a jersey tee labelled MD will not sit the same way. Bags, jewellery, patches, stickers and most headbands are one size and are not in these tables.
